1. Returns & Refunds
a. Non-Defective Products
All sales of engines, transmissions, and non-defective parts are final sale. Returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, fitment issues, or incorrect order selection are not accepted.
b. Defective or Damaged Items
If the product you received is defective, damaged, or wrong, you must contact us immediately within 10 days of delivery with supporting documentation (photos, detailed description, etc.) so we can review your claim.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return due to defect or damage:
You must initiate a return request within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition it was received.
Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return:
Email our support team at sales@jdmengineworld.com with your order number, photos of the defect/damage, and a description of the issue.
4. Refunds Processing
If your return is approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
Please allow up to 10–14 business days for refund processing after we receive and inspect the returned item.
A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed.
5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:
Items more than 30 days past delivery.
Products that have been installed, modified, disassembled, or damaged after delivery.
