a. Non-Defective Products
All sales of engines, transmissions, and non-defective parts are final sale. Returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, fitment issues, or incorrect order selection are not accepted.
b. Defective or Damaged Items
If the product you received is defective, damaged, or wrong, you must contact us immediately within 10 days of delivery with supporting documentation (photos, detailed description, etc.) so we can review your claim.
